Zane Networks is part of a consortium led by the University of the District of Columbia awarded a Public Health Informatics Technology Grant by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) awarded $8.7 Million to a consortium led by the University of the District of Columbia that includes Howard University, The District of Columbia Primary Care Association, Government of District of Columbia, Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP), and Zane Networks, LLC. The purpose of this grant is to increase diversity in health technology. ZaneNet’s role will be to support the technical aspects of the program and also extend internship and job placement opportunities to student participants. See full UDC announcement here and below.
