WTOP-DC (Radio) Discussion On PHIT4DC

Professors at the District’s historically black universities are joining up to fill a critical gap in the health care industry. The pandemic taught healthcare workers in DC many lessons, one in particular that they need more healthcare workers who know how to use data and technology to help patients. University of DC and Howard University are joining up to cultivate a homegrown workforce with a new program called fit for DC.
