The Danielle Carroll Memorial Scholarship for PHIT4DC Students

This scholarship fund has been established to honor the memory of Danielle Carroll, a young employee of Zane Networks and a computer science major at the University of the District of Columbia. Danielle exemplified a person who was always willing to learn new things and was loved by all who met her.

About Danielle Carroll:

Danielle started as an intern with ZaneNet in 2019 as she was working on her computer science degree at the University of the District of Columbia and continued to work for ZaneNet being promoted to IT Specialist. For anyone who met Danielle, there was no IT question that she would leave unanswered, and all were touched by her kind, humble spirit. When she took the PHIT4DC Health IT class in the fall of 2022, she not only took the course, but provided IT support to the entire class and eventually was highlighted in the UDC publication for her outstanding participation – see the article here:

She was a bright star for us here at ZaneNet and we are honored to provide this scholarship to other rising stars of the PHIT4DC students.
